WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in God the Father, the Almighty Creator of this universe, who in His infinite wisdom and love planned redemption of mankind and made it happen through Jesus Christ.
We believe in Jesus Christ, true God and true man, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a perfect life, was crucified for our sins, rose from the dead and was exalted at the right hand of God. His substitutionary death on the cross redeemed mankind from the power of sin, death and eternal punishment. We are saved by God’s grace through faith in Christ, and by faith alone. Those who repent and receive forgiveness of sins by the power of the Holy Spirit, born in the family of God.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who carries a ransom for the lives of those who believe in Christ. He convicts, guides, teaches, directs, intercedes, unites the faithful in one body, and glorifies Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit dwells and transforms every believer into the image of Christ and enables the believer to testify about their Lord in their daily lives.
We believe that the church was established through the atoning work of Christ in history, and that it consists of all those who proclaim their faith in Him, and who are baptized by the Spirit into one body, regardless of nation, race or social class.
We believe that one day Christ will return visibly, personally and bodily. When Christ returns, the dead in Christ will be taken to a new body and together with the living believers, they will live forever with the Lord. In the end, all the forces of evil will be defeated, and while the wicked will suffer eternal punishment, the saints will enjoy eternal heaven in the presence of God.
We believe that all Scripture, Old and New Testaments are inspired by God as men of God were moved by the Holy Spirit. We accept the Bible as the infallible Word of God, complete and authoritative guide for our faith and the life of Christian discipleship.
The goal of our church is to know Jesus Christ personally and to carry out His ministry.
